Welcome to InteryAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of InteryAI's AI-powered interior design platform, including our website, applications, and services. By accessing or using InteryAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using InteryAI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are using InteryAI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use InteryAI. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically as they may be updated.
2Description of Service
InteryAI provides an AI-powered interior design platform that enables users to:
Generate Designs
Create AI-generated interior designs from text descriptions
Transform Rooms
Upload photos and transform them with different styles
Detect Furniture
Identify furniture in designs with pricing estimates
Save History
Store and manage your generated designs in the cloud
Features may vary based on your subscription tier and are subject to change as we improve our platform.
3User Accounts
To access certain features of InteryAI, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
- Not share your account or allow others to access it
- Not create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
4Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use InteryAI responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:
Prohibited Actions
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates others' rights
- Upload images you do not have the legal right to use
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit our AI systems
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the service without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our systems
- Circumvent usage limits or access controls
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our services without authorization
- Use the service for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes
5Intellectual Property Rights
Your Content
You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading content, you grant InteryAI a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.
Generated Content
AI-generated designs are provided for your use according to your subscription tier. Free users may use generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Pro and Unlimited subscribers receive commercial usage rights for their generated designs.
Our Platform
The InteryAI platform, including the AI technology, website, branding, and all related intellectual property, remains the exclusive property of InteryAI and its licensors.
6Subscriptions & Payment
InteryAI offers both free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan
- Provide accurate and complete billing information
- Authorize recurring charges for subscription renewals
- Accept that subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are generally not provided for partial subscription periods, but you may contact us for exceptional circumstances.
7Disclaimers
Service Provided "As Is": InteryAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- AI-generated designs will meet your specific requirements or expectations
- Results from the service will be accurate or reliable
- Any defects in the service will be corrected
8Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InteryAI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Cost of substitute products or services
- Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the service
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your content
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
9Modifications to Service & Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of InteryAI at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time.
For material changes, we will provide notice through the service or via email. Your continued use of InteryAI after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to InteryAI immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
You may also terminate your account at any time by deleting it through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use InteryAI will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which InteryAI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of InteryAI shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
